Christmas Knitting Composite
I'd hoped to get all the recipients in one place at one time, but that proved impossible. So instead, here are the 4 hats I made for my co-workers:
clockwise from top left:
1. ALL are from stash yarn! No new yarn was harmed in the process of making these hats.
2. The recipients either were fine actors or genuinely liked their gifts.
clockwise from top left:
- Basic Hat Pattern from Ann Budd's The Knitter's Handy Book of Patterns in Knit Picks' Main Line (brown) and Debbie Bliss's Cashmerino (pink);
- Amy King's Fake Isle Hat (minus the crown pattern) in Noro Kureyon and Lion Brand Wool-Ease;
- Knit Flat Hat from Sally Melville's The Knit Stitch in Lorna's Laces' Bullfrogs and Butterflies;
- Doulicia's own pattern hat in Briar Rose Fibers' Sonoma.

1 Comments:
my favorites are your own pattern for its quirky, 1920s look (or is it the photo?) and the s. melville knit flat. away from home otherwise would check out the book and consider beginning one.
